  • 1/2 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp dried chives & salt (no garlic or onion powder)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Gently mix the turkey, carrots, egg white, and seasonings.
  2. 2Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. 3Bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked. Serve plain or over a bed of spinach.
