Low-Carb "Pasta" Bakes
Semaglutide Spaghetti Squash Lasagna
Wondering if you can eat heavy Italian food on an Ozempic diet plan? Traditional lasagna can sit heavily in the gut, causing reflux. Because we prescribe the active ingredient Semaglutide, we teach our patients to use spaghetti squash instead. It provides the comfort of a warm noodle dish with a fraction of the carbs and high fiber!
