These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of vitalityweightloss.health (the “Site”), operated by Vitality Weight Loss (“Vitality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified healthcare provider. Using the Site does not create a provider–patient relationship. No Guarantee of Results
Weight-loss and health outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors. Any results referenced on the Site are not guarantees of the results you will achieve. Eligibility for any program or medication is determined by a licensed provider following an appropriate evaluation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and to request services. Services are intended for individuals located in jurisdictions where Vitality is authorized to provide them.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. Information you submit must be accurate and your own.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Consent. By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms and providing your phone number, you authorize DeBry Vitality Academies PC (doing business as Vitality Weight Loss) to send text messages to the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
Message types. Messages are informational and transactional, such as appointment reminders and confirmations, care follow-ups, program and account notifications, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing or promotional text message campaigns.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency may vary based on your care and activity. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; we will send one final confirmation of your opt-out and you will receive no further texts unless you re-subscribe by replying START. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (702) 602-5002 or info@vitalityweightloss.health.
Privacy. How we handle your phone number and SMS data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or SMS content with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Vitality and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services (such as scheduling, communications, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Vitality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
