High-Fiber "Pasta" Alternatives (Constipation Relief)
Semaglutide Palmini Pad Thai
Wondering if you can eat Thai food on an Ozempic diet plan without the carb crash? Since we prescribe the active ingredient Semaglutide, we suggest ditching heavy rice noodles. This Palmini (Hearts of Palm) Pad Thai gives you the exact same savory-sweet flavor, but the massive fiber content actually helps relieve GLP-1 constipation!
