Ingredients
- 1 medium russet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chicken bone broth
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- 1Boil the potato cubes until extremely soft. Drain well.
