Zepbound-Friendly Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai
Can you eat Asian takeout on Zepbound? Yes, if you optimize the noodles! We prescribe Tirzepatide, and we know traditional rice noodles digest too quickly, causing hunger later. This Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai uses roasted squash strands for a high-fiber, low-carb base.
