Comforting Soups & Stews (Slow Cooker)
Zepbound-Friendly Bone Broth French Onion
Fatigue is a common search term for the Zepbound diet, but heavy, cheesy soups can cause post-meal lethargy. Because we prescribe Tirzepatide, we suggest this lightened-up French Onion soup. Using bone broth drastically increases the protein, and omitting the heavy bread keeps you energized.
