Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups beef bone broth
  • 1 tsp olive oil & 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Sauté the onions in olive oil on the stove until caramelized (about 10 mins).
  2. 2Transfer to the slow cooker, add the bone broth and thyme. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. 3Serve with a light dusting of parmesan.
