GLP-1 Friendly "Pasta" Dinners
Tirzepatide Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Wondering if you can eat heavy Italian food on Mounjaro? Traditional Alfredo sauces will cause severe GLP-1 indigestion. We prescribe Tirzepatide, and we love this spaghetti squash alternative. It uses blended cottage cheese to create a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce that is low in fat!
