GLP-1 Friendly "Pasta" Dinners
Ozempic-Alternative Kelp Noodle Beef Stir-Fry
Volume eating on Ozempic is a fantastic way to feel full, but dense wheat noodles can backfire. Since our clinic prescribes Semaglutide, we teach our patients to use kelp noodles. They expand in the stomach to keep you full but are virtually zero calories!
