Ozempic-Alternative Sausage & Cabbage Hash
Volume eating on Ozempic is a fantastic way to feel full, but dense starches can sit heavily in the gut. Since our clinic prescribes Semaglutide, we teach our patients to use cabbage! It cooks down into a massive, buttery-tasting side that pairs perfectly with lean turkey sausage.
