Anti-Nausea Cold Lunches
Ozempic-Alternative Chilled Tofu & Soy Ginger
When researching an Ozempic diet, you'll discover that plant-based proteins digest very easily. Since our clinic prescribes Semaglutide, we suggest trying silken tofu straight from the fridge! It absorbs the dressing perfectly and gives you a clean, anti-nausea lunch that protects your muscle mass.
