Ongoing Medical Collaboration
With your permission, we share key updates with your primary care provider and, when
needed, specialists (e.g., endocrinology, cardiology, orthopedics). This ensures your

Transition & Maintenance
As you progress, we help you build a maintenance plan so your new habits stick. We focus on relapse-prevention strategies and give you tools to handle vacations, holidays, stress, and schedule changes.
