Zepbound-Friendly Pickled Eggs
Can you eat eggs on Zepbound? Yes, but boiling them in vinegar makes them even better for you! We prescribe Tirzepatide, and we know that vinegar helps stimulate stomach acid, making pickled eggs an incredibly gut-friendly, high-protein snack that lasts for weeks in the fridge.
