Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and torn into large pieces
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast & a pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1Massage the kale pieces with the olive oil until completely coated.
- 2Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet (do not overcrowd).
- 3Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15-20 minutes until crisp. Toss with nutritional yeast and salt.
