The Vitality Program is a four-phase, twelve-month medical weight-loss program that unites physician care, behavioral therapy, nutrition, fitness, and, when clinically right for you, GLP-1 medication into one system. Built for the people who've tried everything else and watched the weight come back. This is the structure that finally holds.
You didn't fail the diets.
The diets failed you.
If you've tried Atkins, keto, WeightWatchers, the injection-only clinics, and everything in between, and the weight has come back every time, this is not a willpower problem. It's a structure problem. The programs that failed you were missing three things: a physician making decisions in real time, one coach who actually knows your story, and a full year of sequenced care so habits have time to become who you are.
The Vitality Program is that structure.
Nine components working together, physician-led throughout, personally coached, in a real Las Vegas facility with a gym and classrooms. Medication is one tool, not the whole plan. That's why our patients keep results after the medication ends.
Every phase builds on the last, because sustainable transformation follows a sequence. Trying to do everything at once is why other programs collapse.
There is no wrong tier. There's just the level of support that fits you today, and you can move up or down as your needs change. Below is exactly what you get across the full 12 months.
GLP-1 medication is a separate optional add-on to any tier (see next section). Above prices are the program only. Every tier includes the same board-certified physician, the same 4-phase progression, and the same 9-component system, the difference is how many hours we spend with you.
GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) are prescribed only when Dr. DeBry determines they're the right clinical choice. Never automatic. Never pressured. When used, they're an accelerator inside the program, not the whole plan. That's why our patients keep results after they're done.
Your card is never charged for medication you don't receive. If GLP-1 isn't right for you, your monthly stays at the program-tier price, no medication charge, ever. You only pay for what you're approved for.
The Vitality Program is a real medical commitment, so we made the money side as fair as the care side. Care Credit financing spread across 24 months, or $1,000 down with a 12-month plan and a meaningful discount. Insurance verification available free, in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, and Cigna.

| Foundations | $115/mo | $1,380 |

| Transformation | $255/mo | $3,060 |
| Path | Best for |

The tier prices above are the program only. If Dr. DeBry approves GLP-1 medication for you, that is a separate add-on, +$149/mo for the Sema (Semaglutide) Track or +$329/mo for the Tirz (Tirzepatide) Track, all-in (titration, shipping, dose changes, price-locked). And per our physician-protected billing rule, you're only charged for medication if it's approved for you, never automatically.
Vitality is currently in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, and Cigna, and actively credentialing with Humana, UnitedHealthcare, CareSource, and most other major insurances. Behavioral therapy, physician visits, and nutrition therapy are often insurance-covered. Book a free benefits verification and we'll tell you exactly what you'd pay before you commit to anything.
No. GLP-1 medication is an optional add-on. Every tier of the Vitality Program stands on its own, physician care, IBT, nutrition, fitness, coaching, InBody scans, with or without medication. Medication is prescribed only when your physician determines it's the right clinical choice, and never automatically.

You're in the right place, that's the population we built this for. Repeated regain signals the structure was missing, not that you're missing something. The four-phase, twelve-month sequence with a real facility, one dedicated coach, and physician oversight throughout is specifically designed to be the structure your previous attempts didn't have.
Not with our approach. Phase 3 typically begins physician-guided tapering conversations, and Phase 4 focuses on maintenance without medication where clinically appropriate. Building the behavioral and fitness foundation first is exactly what lets the results outlast the medication.
Your physician manages side effects proactively, dose adjustments, timing changes, or switching medications. If GLP-1 isn't right for you, the medication charge stops and your monthly returns to the program-tier price. You're never charged for medication you don't receive.
Yes. Medication track can be paused anytime without penalty. The program itself can be paused if life requires it (medical, family, work). Your coach builds a re-entry plan when you're ready.
Life happens, we don't punish you for it. Sessions reschedule, phases flex, and your coach adapts your plan to where you are. What matters isn't perfect attendance; it's consistent re-engagement. That's a core piece of the IBT curriculum.
Not another restart Monday. A real program, with a real team, with a real end date and a plan for after. Build your personal blueprint in about four minutes, no card required, and see exactly what your year could look like.
